Our Story
Ronan Analytics was founded in Brisbane in 2019 by Jeff Pang, following a career in senior roles in the Queensland Government and at the Australian Bureau of Statistics. Having seen first-hand how good data shapes better policy and services, Jeff set out to bring that same rigour to organisations that don't have a national statistics office behind them.
Since then, we've worked with government agencies, health organisations, community services providers and industry, and delivered DFAT-funded programs in the Philippines, Indonesia and Papua New Guinea. Our work ranges from workforce surveys and industry reporting to data governance, AI capability programs and funding bids that have secured more than $10 million for our clients.
We hold ourselves to the standards we help clients build: sound data governance, ethical use of AI and clear evidence of impact. It all comes back to our mission of helping organisations turn data into Real Outcomes.
Ronan Analytics is small by design. Every engagement is led by Jeff, so you deal with the same senior person from first conversation to final report. When a project needs deeper expertise, whether in data integration, survey design, statistical analysis or AI, we bring in trusted specialist associates we've worked with before, all working to our quality, confidentiality and privacy standards. You get the right expertise without a large firm's overheads or being handed to a junior team.

Jeff helps government, health, community services, and advanced manufacturing organisations turn data into better decisions, from data strategy and governance to analytics, reporting, and AI. His work ranges from projects with Queensland organisations to DFAT-funded programs across the Asia-Pacific, where he helps partners build lasting data and policy capability.
From 2022 to 2026, Jeff chaired the Micah Projects Data Governance Committee, guiding how the Brisbane-based community organisation governs and uses its data. Under Jeff's leadership, Ronan Analytics is appointed to the Digital Marketplace Panel 2 (BuyICT) and to Local Buy (LB308 ICT Solutions), making it simple for government agencies and councils to engage the firm.
