Data Governance and Responsible AI

Micah Projects works with some of Brisbane's most vulnerable people, so how it manages client data matters. As staff began adopting AI tools such as Copilot, the organisation needed clear governance to guide their use. We supported its data governance framework, developed AI guardrails and guidance on Copilot use with the senior leadership team, and designed a data stewardship training program. The organisation now has a practical approach to responsible AI that protects client privacy while enabling better use of data.
